As a finance intern at Medasource, I am gaining direct exposure to financial operations, budgeting processes, and business decision-making. This experience is helping me connect academic knowledge to real-world financial strategy. It is further solidifying my interest in healthcare finance and preparing me for full-time financial management roles after graduation.

My responsibilities as an intern at Medasource include:

• Ensure expense reports align with the company's policies 

• Assist with preparing W-2s, 1099s, and payroll tax filings. 

• Reporting and approving consultants' expenses

• Keep an accurate record of employee hours, pay rates, deductions, and benefits

• Updating and expanding placements
