Learning Objectives and Outcomes

Interning at Medasource has been a great learning experience. I learned how important accuracy, attention to detail, and compliance are in payroll and billing. I was expected to manage financial data carefully, meet deadlines, and ensure employees were paid correctly and on time. I met these expectations by staying organized, double-checking my work, and using systems like Bullhorn, SAP Concur, and ADP efficiently. I also improved my attention to detail and communication expertise by resolving payment issues and collaborating with the payroll and billing teams to keep operations running smoothly.

An example of a tool I used during my internship was Bullhorn, where I assisted in reviewing and approving consultant placements and ensuring they were properly closed out in the system. This helped maintain accurate records and ensured all placements were tracked correctly from beginning to end.

SAP CONCUR
Creating and approving expenses

An example of a tool I used during my internship was SAP Concur, where I assisted in reviewing and approving expense reports for both consultants and internal employees. This helped ensure expenses were accurate, in compliance with company policies, and properly documented for reimbursement and billing.
